How do I access shipping labels and send my waste?

  1. Log in to your account,
  2. Select the my programs page,
  3. Find the program you need to ship waste for and select 'request shipping label(s).'

The label is sent to your registered e-mail for you to download and print. Following this, simply:

  1. Attach the label to your box (no larger than 18x18x18")
  2. Drop off your shipment at your nearest UPS drop-off point

    Do not find "my account" on the top right side of the page. There's UNITED STATES, PROFILE, and SIGN OUT

    Do you cut out the label from the paper it was printed on and tape over the label on the shipping box? Can you verify this to my email account?
