Error message when requesting a new label

When you have multiple outstanding labels, the account locks for that specific program and will not allow you to generate additional labels until your shipment has been checked in by our warehouse staff and is showing as received on your account.

You can check for outstanding labels by clicking 'View Shipment History' and selecting the Label that has no check in date.

This label can be re-downloaded and printed from the download label link, so you can use the label if it has not been past 90 days from when the initial request was made.
