I was accepted on your list 2 years ago and it has just recently that I have accumulated 5 pounds of Brita Filters.
Could it be that I was dropped from your list?

Hello, I have a number of filters to be recycled. Some are Brita and others are generic. Can I send both to Terracycle in the same packages?
what is the average wait time for Brita Filters? Seems like Brita is not too keen on recycling.
