My chosen charity is unapproved. What steps are required to approve it?

If your chosen charity appears as unapproved, it means we're missing some information. Once you have registered the charity on our website or identified a charity that you wish to donate to which appears as unapproved, please contact customersupport@terracycle.com A member of the team will then review your chosen charity and approve it should we have all the required information. If we do however need any further information about your chosen organization, we will be back in touch. Please note, you will not be able to redeem points until this step is completed.
