I need to cancel or return my order. How can I do this?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it via the ‘My orders’ section of your account.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a refund/return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Per our return policy, boxes must be shipped back to TerraCycle at the cost of the customer. Please send your box to:

Please inform us of the tracking information for your return, and upon receipt of the box, your refund will be processed. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, as per the below:
Small (10.1" x 9.8" x 18.5") box: $17.79
Medium (11.3" x 11.1" x 39.1") box: $20.48
Large (14.5" x 14.2" x 34.6") box: $24.03
