This may be due to several reasons:
- Your shipment has yet to be delivered. Track your shipment here.
- Your shipment needs to be checked in. We may have received your shipment but have yet to check it in. Usually, this is completed within 45 business days.
- Your shipment did not reach the minimum required weight.

Have never received my pouches or my box to ship back my other recycling project ?

My most recent shipment was more than the minimum 10 lb to earn points (11.55 points, according to my shipment history), and the number of points earned is still 0. Am I to conclude that it does not matter how large my shipments are? Thanks!
