I have requested a shipping label but I am yet to receive an email to download my label.

There may be a slight delay in the e-mail generating; if so:

• Log in to your account and head to the 'my programs' page
• Find the program you're sending waste for.
• If you have active labels, select 'view shipping labels' per the image below. You can then select an unused label to download. 

If you don't have any active shipping labels, you'll see similar to the below image. Simply click 'get shipping label' to create and download a new one.
