How do I access shipping labels and send my shipment to TerraCycle?

Shipping labels from both UPS and FedEx, as well as QR codes for no-print shipping, can be requested on the program page or in your TerraCycle account.

1. Log in to your account
2. Select the ‘My programs’ page
3. Find the free recycling program you’d like to send a shipment for and select 'request shipping label(s)' from the shipping carrier you’d like to use. 

The label is sent to your registered email for you to download and print. Then simply:

1. Attach the label to your box (no larger than 18x18x18"). Please make sure the box is full to minimize the transportation carbon footprint of this program.
2. Drop off your shipment at your nearest UPS drop-off point or FedEx location
