How does subscription ordering work?

When you order a box on a subscription, you will be charged and a replacement box will be sent to you every time you return a box.

Subscription boxes are replaced 1-to-1, so we recommend ordering two boxes when you start a subscription to avoid downtime between fulfillments.

Only the first order placed with a subscription will trigger auto-replenishment (old boxes previously ordered before subscribing will not be auto-replenished).

If purchasing a subscription during a sale, the first box will be charged at the sale price. However, all recurring boxes will be billed at the regular full price. The subscription will renew automatically at the standard rate unless modified or canceled before the next renewal date. Customers can manage their subscriptions through their account settings at any time.

To see, edit, or pause your subscription, visit your profile (top right corner of the website) and click 'Subscriptions'. 

You can mix your cart with one-time purchases and subscription items.
